Matthew has over 25 years’ experience in the property industry spanning valuation, property development, project management and asset management. He has a diverse range of property skills and strong business acumen which will ensure a high level of client satisfaction and financial performance. He specialises in all facets of commercial, industrial and residential development and management.

 

Matthew has delivered projects in excess of AUD$1Bn end sale value across these sectors. Matthew has extensive property investment and development experience working with large national development companies including Peet Limited, Australand (now Frasers Property Group) and syndicator Primewest.

Shane is a Senior Project Manager with comprehensive experience in the management of land development and building projects. Shane has extensive experience in the management of project teams to provide strategic advice and facilitate property solutions across all sectors including state and local government, property developers and the building contractor interface.

 

Shane’s surveying and management background affords him a thorough understanding of the overall development process. Shane has worked on a range of projects including residential, commercial, industrial and multi‐unit built grouped dwellings; all requiring the management and coordination of the various stakeholders to achieve a range of preferred outcomes.

Steve is a self motivated property professional with over nineteen years’ experience working across industrial, retail, office and residential property sectors.

Steve has significant property experience including property acquisition, due diligence, financial feasibility modelling, assembling and managing consultant teams and successfully completing development for both built form and land projects.

 

 

Over the course of Steve’s working career, he has had direct involvement across multiple sectors in property development projects from principal’s representative through to working for builders on site. This experience ensures the delivery of high-quality projects in accordance with approved budgets and contracted timeframes.
